Privacy notice
Scope
This privacy notice applies to the eight statically delivered pages of the Nikpour demonstration website. It describes only the operations evidenced by the built version.
No medical practice exists under the name shown.
Controller
The name and direct contact details of the actual controller are not evidenced by the project. They will follow once released by the client.
The legal notice expressly identifies its current master data as invented information used for the demonstration.
Data protection officer
The project does not evidence whether a data protection officer must be designated under Article 37(1)(c) GDPR or Section 38 BDSG. The documented assessment and its result will follow once released by the client.
If designation is required, the contact details will also be added here.
Static delivery
The website delivers eight pages statically. When a page is retrieved, the browser sends the IP address and the requested address to the delivering web server.
The purpose is to transmit the requested content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific legitimate interest is the reliable and secure technical provision of the demonstration website.
The built version does not evidence any storage of server-side access logs. The provider, possible recipients and any server-side retention period will follow only when the actual operation is evidenced and released by the client.
Local browser evaluation
On every page, inline JavaScript reads only the local “prefers-reduced-motion” display preference. On the home page, it also evaluates viewport and scroll state.
The purpose is to adapt motion to the display preference and to control the visual presentation of the home page. None of this is stored or transmitted.
No cookies, Web Storage entries or client-side identifiers are set or read. The legal basis for the local evaluation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific legitimate interest is an accessible and functional presentation without storing or transmitting the evaluated values.
The site remains fully usable when JavaScript is disabled.
Local assets and external requests
All fonts, images and other files are included locally. The built pages make no external browser requests.
There is no reach measurement, tracking or profiling.
Telephone route
The contact page contains exactly one telephone link. It uses the demonstration number +49 30 23125 470 from the number range provided by the Federal Network Agency for media productions.
The purpose of the link is to show the telephone route in the demonstration and, at the user’s request, to pass it to the local telephone application. The website records neither use of the link nor connection or call data.
The legal basis for this local handover is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific legitimate interest is to provide one functional telephone route in the demonstration without recording use, connection or call data. An actual telephone provider, its role as a recipient and its retention period are not evidenced by the built version and are therefore not asserted.
No other channels or records
The website has no contact form and no encrypted contact channel. It keeps no case records and no enquiry journal.
Further contact or processing routes will be described only after each has been evidenced in the project and released by the client.
Your rights
The statutory conditions for data subject rights apply to processing when a page is retrieved. These include access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16 GDPR, erasure under Article 17 GDPR and restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR.
Under Article 21(1) GDPR, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Further processing is then permitted only under the statutory conditions of Article 21(1) GDPR.
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for the actual controller will follow once the controller’s establishment is evidenced and released by the client.
Status of this notice
This notice describes the built version reviewed on 11 August 2026. Changes to operation, providers or data routes will be added to the published notice only after technical review, individual evidence and release.
